The ZenFone 3S Max is a nice smartphone meant for the people’s who need a long battery life
The phones offers a 5,000 mAH battery that takes around 3.5hrs from 0% to 100%, which can easily last a normal user more then 60 hours on one single charge but with this large battery, the phone feels quite heavy and bulky.
Talking about the design
The ZenFone 3S Max comes with a metal unibody design along with a smooth finished back and 2.5D glass on the front and we get power button along with volume rockers on the right, 3.5mm headphone Jack in the top, and charging port , speaker grill on the bottom. The ZenFone 3S Max has a fine built quality but weight’s a bit heavy so, there’s a possibility that screen can break even if the phone slips from a low height
About the Camera
Here for the very first time ASUS disappointed us as the camera is not that great as it was in the older phones like ZenFone 3 Max, here ASUS missed out with the laser auto focus ,the phone comes with a 13 MP rear camera shooter and an 8MP shooter on the front, and we get some nice camera modes along with the inbuilt camera App.
Display of the Smartphone
We get a 5.2 inch 1280*720 IPS DISPLAY with 2.5D glass protection on the front and the viewing angles are pretty cool.
The touch is responsive and comes with 10 multi-touch recognition
Performance of the phone while gaming
The game ran quite well without any lags for first 15 minutes but later we could easily find some minor lags. after continuous play of 35 minutes the temperature started to rise but overall gaming experience was fine.
About the Smartphone
The phone comes with 3GB ram along with 32GB internal storage which is expandable up-to 2TB. and is powered by a 1.5Ghz octa-core Chipset and the phone runs on ZenUI 3.0 based on Android Marshmallow.
The phones comes with dual mic and front facing fingerprint scanner for the very first time by ASUS. and the phone is backed by Massive 5,000mAh battery that can easily last you 3-4 days.
Our thoughts about the Smartphone
The ZenFone 3S Max is a great phone for some one who wants to live unplugged for 3-4days without charging the phone. and the phone comes with a nice feature of reverse charging which is quite cool. But we were disappointed with the Camera this time as the performance is not great .
